Among the leaders in Games Pitched, 13 of the top 50 are lefthanded.  Andrew Chafin of the Arizona Diamondbacks had the 3rd most appearances with 77.  He was followed with Jose Alvarez of the California Angels with 76, Scott Alexander of the Los Angeles Dodgers with 73, Zach Duke of the Seattle Mariners, Dan Jennings of the Milwaukee Brewers, Tyler Rogers of the Minnesota Twins, and Tony Watson of the San Francisco Giants all with 72, Jake Diekman of the Diamondbacks and Justin Wilson of the Chicago Cubs with 71, Jose Alvarado of the Rays, Tim Hill of the Kansas City Royals, and Felipe Vazquez of the Pirates with 70, and Brad Hand of the Indians with 69.
