Rube Waddell

Rube Waddell pitched 13 years (from 1987 to 1910), 6 years with the Philadelphia Athletics and 7 more with 4 different teams.  During those 6 years with Philadelphia he won 131 games, including 27 wins with only 10 losses and a 1.48 Earned Run Average in 1905.  

For his career he won 193 games and had a 2.16 earned run average (11th all time).  He had 261 complete games and 50 shutouts (19th all-time) in 340 starts.  He led the American League in strikeouts 6 consecutive years (1902 to 1907) and finished with 2316 strikeouts (53rd all-time). He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1946.
